About Chef KrystaL
Chef Krystal Mack, of Chef Krystal Fitness, personal chef to NBA stars, launched Trash Panda Vegan in December of 2019 out of a passion for helping transitional eaters. She started the food truck in March of 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite social upheaval, Chef Krystal quickly adapted and has only grown the business to now include Early Bird Vegan, their brick and mortar restaurant. TPV and EBV proudly serve local, delicious plant-based comfort food, with many of the fresh produce grown in Chef Krystal’s backyard and farms in the area, to their South Phoenix Community
Trash Panda Vegan is a fun multicultural comfort food truck concept born out of a love for the planet, health and community and is dedicated to delivering delicious plant-based comfort food everyone will love.
Trash Panda Vegan is the sister concept to Early Bird Vegan restaurant located in the heart of South Phoenix, AZ, which is health focused and provides a variety of super food smoothies, wellness shots, sandwiches, salads, and house made pastries!
