Trash Panda Vegan is the sister concept to Early Bird Vegan restaurant located in the heart of South Phoenix, AZ, which is health focused and provides a variety of super food smoothies, wellness shots, sandwiches, salads, and house made pastries! If you are looking to nourish a crowd, we have you covered with our catering services no matter what your tastebuds are craving!

Rib Tip Mac n Cheez, Crispy Mushroom Tenders on Mac n Cheez, Chkn Mac n Cheez, Elote Bowls, Wingz, Pretzel Bites, French Fries, Sonoran Dogs, Sandwiches, Wraps, Pastries, Ice Cream, Delicious Teas, Sodas and Drinks.
About Chef KrystaL
Chef Krystal Mack, of Chef Krystal Fitness, personal chef to NBA stars, launched Trash Panda Vegan in December of 2019 out of a passion for helping transitional eaters. She started the food truck in March of 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite social upheaval, Chef Krystal quickly adapted and has only grown the business to now include Early Bird Vegan, their brick and mortar restaurant. TPV and EBV proudly serve local, delicious plant-based comfort food, with many of the fresh produce grown in Chef Krystal’s backyard and farms in the area, to their South Phoenix Community
